Richard P. McGrew, AIA

President

Richard McGrew is an architect and real estate developer with more than twenty-five years of experience across the western United States and Canada. He is the founding principal of RPM Architecture, with practices in Las Vegas and Seattle, and is a registered architect in Nevada, California, Washington, Florida, and British Columbia, a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C), and an NCARB certificate holder. He holds a Master of Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology and completed executive programs at MIT in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment and in Artificial Intelligence for Business Strategy. Before founding his own practice, Richard served as project architect on more than a billion dollars of built high-rise and hospitality work in Las Vegas, including Panorama Towers, The Martin, and Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. At GRO Capital Partners he leads acquisition strategy, entitlements, and design direction.

Donald Dickson

Secretary

Don Dickson brings more than three decades of multifamily development and construction experience across California, Nevada, Arizona, and the Pacific Northwest, spanning market-rate and affordable product from garden-style communities to high-rise towers. He is a licensed California general contractor and holds a California real estate license. Don served as Director of Preconstruction at Trammell Crow Residential and spent nearly a decade in preconstruction, project, and construction management with iSTAR and the Panorama Group, including the three-tower, eleven-hundred-unit Panorama Towers in Las Vegas and the completion of the Escala tower penthouses in Seattle. His expertise covers the full development cycle, from purchase agreement and due diligence through entitlements, preconstruction, construction, and closeout, with particular depth in conceptual budgeting and cost management. At GRO Capital Partners he leads preconstruction, cost control, and construction oversight.

Robert S. “Steve” Dickson

Treasurer

Steve Dickson spent more than twenty-eight years in scientific and manufacturing operations leadership at Gen-Probe and Hologic in San Diego, where he served as Principal Scientist. Over his career he built and managed FDA-regulated manufacturing teams, led the validation and licensing of a new blood-screening manufacturing facility, and directed the transfer of new diagnostic products from development into production, work that demands rigorous planning, cost discipline, and quality control. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from UCLA and a Master of Science in Chemistry from San Diego State University, and served as a commissioned officer in the US Army, attaining the rank of First Lieutenant and command of a company. As Treasurer of GRO Capital Partners, Steve applies that operational and analytical discipline to the company’s financial management and reporting.
