Central Valley, California. A master-planned multifamily community taken from land acquisition through design and entitlement by the GRO team, with architecture led by RPM Architecture and preconstruction budgeting performed in house.

Central Valley land holdings

Porterville, California. Acquisition, entitlement, and management of Central Valley land positions, concluding in a successful disposition in 2026.

The company is actively acquiring in California’s Central Valley, with due diligence underway on its next land acquisition.

Principals’ prior experience

Before forming GRO Capital Partners, the principals held lead roles on major western United States projects including Panorama Towers and The Martin in Las Vegas, the Escala tower in Seattle, Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, and a broad portfolio of multifamily communities for Trammell Crow Residential and other institutional developers. That experience, more than a billion dollars of built work, informs how GRO underwrites, designs, and delivers its own projects.
