GRO Capital Partners and its affiliated project companies acquire and develop real estate in California’s Central Valley and the American Southwest. The company was formed by three principals who had already spent their careers building, individually, some of the most demanding projects in the western United States, and who wanted a vehicle for doing the same work on their own account.

Our approach is straightforward. We look for well located land with a clear path to value, we do our own due diligence and cost work before we commit, we carry projects through entitlement and design with in-house expertise rather than layers of consultants, and we sell when the value has been created. Because the principals themselves cover architecture, preconstruction, construction management, and operations, decisions are made quickly and estimates are grounded in experience rather than optimism.

The company is deliberately small. We take on a limited number of projects, we know each one thoroughly, and the people who evaluated the deal are the same people who deliver it.
